• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required Training included!
We have one of the most aggressive pay plans in the automotive sales business. 30% Front gross and 10% of Finance product gross.

• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
· Provides electronic and phone customer service and sales assistance Interviews customer to determine vehicle needs and wants and enters the customer information into the designated software system
· Using a product presentation, explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
· Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase
· Attends product and sales training courses and meetings
· Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
· Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork following established dealership policies
· Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival
· Follows up with customer purchases to ensure customer satisfaction
· Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals
· Maintains a prospect development system
· Using a product presentation, explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects Qualifications · Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
· Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player · Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
· Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information
