This job can be rigorous and involves cleaning and moving a high volume of cars but is an excellent “foot in the door” to a dealership with many career possibilities. The only requirement is a clean driving record, willing to undergo a background check and a courteous and friendly demeanor with customers!
Porter Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain over site of customers arriving and departing the service drive
- * Promptly greet all incoming customers
- Inform Service Advisor of customer’s arrival
- Move vehicles through entire service process while keeping service drive clear
- Park incoming vehicles for service
- Transport cars to and from car wash as needed
- Test drive vehicles to pass inspection
- Wash and vacuum all service customers vehicles
- Perform daily cleaning responsibilities
